2. Service Description

DemandProof is a SaaS demand intelligence platform that scans public demand signals to help founders identify validated product opportunities. We provide data and analysis, but we do not guarantee that any idea will succeed.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

All plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Refunds are provided at our discretion for billing errors or service outages.

5. Limitation of Liability

DemandProof is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or any decisions made based on our data.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
